Just a quick update. I’m not too concerned about my food intake, although it’s been fairly decent. My main concerns are no more snacking or eating after dinner time and trying my best to add a light and healthy snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner.
I’ve done okay with that until today, although I ate okay today. Tomorrow, I’ll pick up somefruit for those snacks before getting into the office.
I have to say, though, that I’m proud to say that I can actually feel that I still have muscles because they’re in pain from my light weight lifting and long walk and other cardio over the past four days.
As a side-note I’ve weighed myself at my home scale, and sure enough, I’m at about 177 and plan to reach my goals within the next month
